It's now very easy to load balance on your HGS and query vehicle mileage!

With the HGS Mobile Balance Loading application, your plate number, T.C. You can view the balance of all your HGS products by using your ID number, tax number or HGS label number, and you can top up easily and quickly with your credit card. No more going to PTT branches to load HGS balance!

You can login to the application with your PttAVM username. First download is FREE for PttAVM customers!

Other features of the application;

- You can view the balance of your vehicle on the HGS label and load the balance.

- You can place an automatic payment order by specifying the minimum balance limit for your vehicle's HGS label. In this way, your balance is automatically loaded when you reach the minimum limit you set.

- Registered tags for easy loading: You can save the HGS tags of your favorite vehicles in the application, so you can top up your HGS balance in just a few taps.

- For second-hand vehicles, you can make KM/Inspection, Damage and Vehicle Detail Inquiries.

- You can view your past uploads, transits and violations and filter by date range.

- You can chat with the customer representative instantly with Live Support.

Ratings and reviews

Tha app from a couple of years ago allowed a HGS balance check based on a plate number. The current version lacks this feature, while foreigners are also not allowed to register an account in order to use the full functionality of the app. The top-up function doesn't work due to some card payment error. So for non-residents the app is basically useless. At least it now has a proper English interface, hence the second star.

If you are foreigner - register account on ptt site, as the app doesn't allow to enter foreigner ID due to length restriction. Then everything works except topups (error in turkish language), although from web site you can do it and it is visible in the app as PTT Bank mobile payment. I tried with Visa, Mastercard with and without 3d security - still no good. That is the reason for 3 stars.

Can only query balance. I am a foreigner and it will not process my balance top up using my Visa credit card. Their website has the same problem. I have checked with my credit card company and they are not blocking the payment. I have checked with verified by visa and they also confirmed no problem. The issue is either with PTT not accepting foreign credit cards or it is a software issue. Very inconvenient.
