About this app

Sofu 7.0 is a comprehensive mobile application that helps you consistently track your acts of worship, read the Holy Quran, check prayer times, and manage your daily spiritual habits—all within a single app. Thanks to its simple, modern, and user-friendly design, you can easily access the religious content you need.

Prayer Times
You can view daily prayer times by selecting your country, city, and district. Times for Imsak, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha are displayed clearly on the main screen, with the upcoming prayer time automatically highlighted.

The time remaining until the next prayer is calculated in real-time, showing hours, minutes, and seconds; for example, a countdown like "1 hr 23 min 15 sec until Asr" updates every second. You can also view the prayer schedule for a selected month in its entirety via the monthly timetable screen.

Prayer Time Alerts and Notifications
You can receive audio alerts when prayer times arrive. Choose from the app's built-in sounds or use an MP3 file from your phone as the alert tone. You can toggle notifications on or off in the settings screen. Additionally, you can enable the display of a Hadith notification after the prayer alert sound finishes playing.

The Holy Quran and Turkish Translation
In the Holy Quran section, you can zoom in on pages for comfortable reading. Your place is automatically saved, allowing you to resume reading from exactly where you left off when you return to the app. The current page is displayed on the screen.

In the translation section, you can follow the Holy Quran by selecting specific Surahs, Juzes (parts), or pages. You can view the Arabic text of the verses, their Turkish transliteration (Latin script), and your chosen Turkish translation side-by-side. You can select from various Turkish translations—including the one by the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet)—and search for specific Surahs.

You can add multiple bookmarks, easily return to saved locations, and delete individual bookmarks you no longer need. Thanks to the light and dark theme options on the translation screen, you can enjoy a comfortable reading experience in various lighting conditions.

Audio Quran
In the Audio Quran section, you can view a list of Surahs and easily select the one you wish to listen to. Thanks to the modern list design and playback controls (play/pause), managing audio content is convenient and straightforward.

Missed Prayer Tracker
With the Missed Prayer Tracker, you can keep track of your missed *Fajr*, *Dhuhr*, *Asr*, *Maghrib*, *Isha*, and *Witr* prayers individually. You can set your initial count of missed prayers, log the prayers you have performed using the "+" button, and adjust the counter with the "-" button if necessary.

Dhikr Module
You can choose from pre-set *dhikr* (remembrances), resume from where you left off, and add your own custom *dhikr* entries. The counter screen features a compact design optimized for mobile phones, and you can utilize sound and vibration options while performing *dhikr*.

Rich Religious Content
On the home screen, you can access the Hadith of the Day, information on the *Asma-ul Husna* (Beautiful Names of Allah), details about the prophets mentioned in the Quran, and daily *dhikr* cards. Through the "Live Kaaba" section, you can access the current live stream, and you can also make use of *Elif-Ba* (Quranic alphabet) learning materials. Qibla Compass
The functional Qibla compass calculates the direction of the Qibla based on your current location. Sensor status, directional degrees, and calibration details are displayed on the screen. You can refresh your location and recalibrate the compass whenever necessary.

Sofu 7.0 is your daily spiritual companion that brings together prayer times, the Holy Quran, translations, audio Quran recitations, dhikr, a Qibla compass, religious content, and missed prayer tracking—all in a single app.
