I was facing an issue where calls are always showing on the wrong SIM card. Since the complaint has been registered with the wrong network provider, no action has been taken, making the app quite ineffective. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue or add an option to change the SIM card while submitting the complaint. I send the same feedback multiple times but didn't get any reply from the team yet.

pretty useless. otp does not come after multiple attempts. action taken is rarely satisfactory since the service providers find it advantageous to use excuses like "no promotional call was made" or "not found in call records" or "incomplete information" even though the app is supposed to pick up the infringing call or sms details automatically

update: everyday its logging out and needs to re-login. In android 16, samsung phone, this doesn't work. This app isn’t improving at all despite being one of the most actively used ones. It often throws Java exception errors, and now—even though OTP verification succeeded—I can’t submit a complaint because the Complain button doesn’t work. Due to this, the app is now useless. Cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled. Doesn't help at all. Sometimes it works by pure luck.
