Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jonathan Quill, and my many years are soon coming to an end. But I must share a secret before I die. Can you keep a secret? Good! There’s something you should know about the Folk Secrets book. Its pages hold mysteries that may lead to the proverbial end of the rainbow, ‘x’ marks the spot, treasure! All depends on your wits. Are you smart? Can you solve cryptic clues? Can you outmaneuver Them?

The augmented reality Folk Secrets Codex app is your key. Use it to scan the correct target images within the book, in the correct order, at the correct time of day, day of the week, or day of the month. It gets tricky. And it won’t be easy. Some of the clues are diabolical. Some include strange augmented reality experiences—a sailing ship, talking money, astronomical animations. Some dive into obscure corners of history. Or strange math. Or twisted science. You just thought you were smart. We’ll see. It all begins at midnight. Use the Folk Secrets Codex app to scan the cover of the book exactly at the stroke of midnight—that’s all I’m at liberty to say about that.

Along the way there are bonus opportunities to win prizes, not to mention the finale prize. Everyone who completes the hunt will earn that one.
