About this app

📚 Science-backed, best-seller-approved, and productivity coach-endorsed methods—all in one 👌

I once relied on motivation, memory, and discipline. Failed miserably. Habits didn’t stick, routines were skipped, and goals felt untouchable. So I decided to dig deep into productivity.

After years of trial and error, and over 100 hours of productivity videos and podcasts, I've tried them all and kept what actually works for me. Here's my answer for all my fellow sufferers—in the form of an app.

Need proof it works?
I used the exact same techniques to build this very app, a goal I had never been able to finish before 👍

Reduce friction with small commitments upfront
I have the most energy in the morning, so I use it to stack my triggers for later in the day. For example, I place my socks on the floor in the morning. In the afternoon, seeing them triggers me to work out! Plus, it reduces friction since I can just put them on and head to the gym.

🌟 Flexible choices to stay consistent
Consistency is key. Knowing you're on the right path and continuing to show up will eventually lead you to your goals. That’s why I pay extra attention on days when I don’t feel like showing up. This app offers different intensity levels, so you won’t miss a day and can keep going with ease.

🤗 Suitable for work, relaxation, side projects, and chores
At first glance, this app might seem like it's just for work or side hustles, and sure, that's true. To be honest, I used to feel guilty and defeated whenever I thought I wasn’t grinding hard enough. But research shows that proper rest is essential if we want to go further.

Surprisingly, I now use this app to plan how I want to relax. I'm learning self-care and even enjoying my games more! I hit Diamond rank in SF6 and finally finished games I bought a long time ago (managing to beat Hollow Knight before Silksong is kinda crazy 🤣).
Use this app to find your own version of work-life balance.

🛠️ Focus on building systems, not just to-dos
I used to be super results-oriented, constantly frustrated when I didn’t see progress after just a few days. But real growth doesn’t come from chasing hacks or clickbait promises. It comes from building a system around what actually drives you. Then, take smaller steps.
A simple to-do list just isn’t enough.

🦸 Take back control and stop auto-piloting
I’m good at planning. But plans alone didn’t take me far. I’d lay everything out and count on my future self to follow through. Needless to say, he didn’t. He just kept auto-piloting and binge-watching another anime episode.

That’s where triggers come in. Place them in unavoidable spots, and they’ll activate your system 2 brain to take back control.

📊 Track your progress
This app helps you track how often you’re winning, how long your streaks are. Reward yourself and adjust systems accordingly. Every completed task is a win—own it and feel proud.

“If you improve by just 1% each day, by the end of the year, you’ll be 37 times better.”
