We’ve been independent and New Zealand owned ever since we started in 1850, and we think putting you first is a better way to bank. (Please note, we’re unrelated to TSB UK and this app won’t work for their customers).

SECURITY
Banking with Mobile Banking is secure, and you can choose your own PIN code (between 4 & 8 numbers) or you can access it with a username and password. And if you lose your phone, we can disable access.

Extremely frustrating that the app includes pending payments into the total amount available in the big number. No other banking app that I know of shows pending payments in the 'available funds' category. It's caught me out a few times now because I transfer into my spending daily and it shows I have X amount in the spending account but my card is declining because the balance is actually all just pending payments. Otherwise a great app and best banking service available. Thanks TSB!

Just to clarify, pending transactions are deducted from your available balance, what you see should be what’s left to spend. That said, we’re sorry it’s felt confusing. this app has gotten worse overtime. If you can log in you'll be lucky about 90% of the time I have to wait hours just to access my online banking. can't even check my quick balances, it's not even a recent thing it's been happening for almost a year now across multiple phones so it's not a hardware issue it's a software issue. Its bad enough that I'm looking at closing my only banking account I've had for 15 years and going to another bank

I'm actually very happy with TSB! Fantastic, premium service all around. But your app! It needs an update. You're far better than some of your competitors but you wouldn't think it if they saw this 😅 The UI is clunky and not user friendly, and the app lacks some basic functionality. I want to move all my accounts to TSB and away from ANZ, but the only thing stopping me is the thought of having to manage everything through this app. Please update it! You guys are the best!
