The app gets stuck in the loading screens for minutes. Sometimes the page being loaded is actually present, but just covered by the loading screen. It's clearly just a thin wrapper around a badly made webpage and as such, this app is absolutely unnecessary. You have to go through the location search to see what trailers are available. The location search doesn't even have the Baushaus in Valby in its list, instead you must search for e.g. Ishøj and find Valby via the stores nearby.

App switches to Swedish, can't be changed. Booking through the app went through (got a confirmation email) but the app itself cannot see it... And importing it doesn't work, no matter the combination of ID and confirmation number used. Probably the absolut most useless app I've tried using that was meant to have been professionally developed... What an embarrassment for Bauhaus.

It is outrageous that Bauhaus staff refuse to offer the service and force you to do it throught the app.
