I love the renting of low cost trailers on demand, but the app needs a lot of improvement. It asks me to take a picture a dozen times when I've taken good pictures. This happens all the time. I was afraid I couldn't return the trailer this time.

the app sucks, when I returned the trailer it did not unlock, I was charged 9times more for 2 hours of delay. this is pure scam. will never use it again.

kept giving me a broken trailer, so I had to double book, then cancel the broken trailer, costing me significantly more for service charges. This is absolutely core functionality of the app that doesn't work.
