App keeps crashing and logs out continuously even while watching a show... New Sony TV, latest version of the application, reinstalling is required to log in sometime, etc.... Would NOT recommend it even to an enemy...

Newer is better, but I am constantly hit with streaming limit reached - I am the only one watching. Often it doesn't register started content, have to find it again. Search doesn't allow 2 letter movies, e.g. Up, Us, It. Search has no sort/group by year. Want year filter for ALL movie pages/lists. Can only mark Favorites, while in reality usage is as Watch Later to ensure interesting content doesn't get lost. Dislike TV suggestions - I have no TV catch up service enabled.

This service is garbage! I have an active paid account and it still shows me the "buy" buttons in the app despite trying all workarounds. I missed all the sports events during last 4 days and will probrably miss more. The customer service is non existent during weekends and they will probably not compensate for paid and missed services. Only AI bot to help, but it cannot resolve issues thta are cleary in their system backend. No phone nr to call. I wish there was another service provider Baltics
