About this app

Narrow.TV Kiosk turns an Android tablet into a self-order kiosk for restaurants, snack bars, cafés and shops. Customers build their own order and pay on their own phone. The app works together with the Narrow.TV dashboard, where you manage your products, prices and settings.

SELF-ORDERING
• Clear menu with photos, categories and search
• Product options such as size, sauce or extras
• Cart with quantities and total
• Welcome screen with your own slides and images
• Customers choose their language: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish or Turkish

PAY AND PICK UP
• The customer scans a QR code and pays online on their own phone
• Or pays for the order at the register
• Every order gets an order number
• Orders arrive instantly in the dashboard, the Narrow.TV POS and on the pickup screen

ALWAYS UP TO DATE
• Changes in the dashboard appear on the kiosk right away
• Sold-out products can no longer be ordered, automatically
• Stock and availability per location

SECURE IN YOUR VENUE
• Locked kiosk mode, so customers cannot leave the app
• Staff open the management menu with a PIN
• Supports Android Device Owner and screen pinning

EASY PAIRING
Create a kiosk in the Narrow.TV dashboard, enter the pairing code in the app and the kiosk is ready to use. Nobody needs to sign in on the tablet.
