While I am ❤️ The Artist and look forward to seeing S2 as well as at least one movie on your streaming service, I am ready to UNINSTALL it because the video feed crashes every 20 minutes! Also, to return to what you're watching means starting it over from the beginning (and then needing to search through to where it crashed -- as well as all of the ads). Seriously, did a 12 year old create the app?? Fix it, PLEASE!

Terrible experience. Unable to login after setting up account. Still being billed, but unable to contact The Network. No response to the 'contact' email address messages. No phone number. Using Roku, but this is an external app, billed separately, so ROKU is no help. Online site is not updated to 2026. Content is VERY limited, and, thanks to the app, now I can't even access it, despite paying for it monthly. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, terrible app AND company. They deserve to go out of business.

This would be a great app if not for the fact I went through the process of making an account so it could save progress for the person watching Green Veil. The app stopped loading episodes past the first one after I signed into the account. There's no point in going through the process of trying to save progress on something that DOESN'T PLAY ANYTHING BEYOND ONE EPISODE. I even restarted the app and tried again, it didn't load. Would be great if it actually kept progress and allowed you to watch
