Very disappointing experience. I subscribed and paid for 3 months, but my account is still not upgraded to premium due to an error during activation. I keep seeing the message: “We’re sorry, but a problem has occurred when trying to activate your subscription.” I also cannot find a way to contact support easily. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Very disappointing experience with Pilipinas Live. Even though I only have one device logged in, it keeps saying that I’ve already reached the maximum number of devices allowed, which is clearly not true. On top of that, the app is extremely buggy—it constantly shows errors, crashes randomly, and sometimes won’t load at all. It also loads very slowly, making the whole streaming experience frustrating and inconvenient. Definitely not worth the money in its current state.

Very disappointing experience for a paid app. Most of the time the stream only shows a black screen, even when the event is already live. The app also lags frequently, which ruins the viewing experience. It sometimes displays an inactivity message even though I am actively watching, causing the stream to stop. There are also instances where it incorrectly says the account is being used on multiple devices even if it is not. For a paid service, these issues should be fixed.
