Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience for a paid app. Most of the time the stream only shows a black screen, even when the event is already live. The app also lags frequently, which ruins the viewing experience. It sometimes displays an inactivity message even though I am actively watching, causing the stream to stop. There are also instances where it incorrectly says the account is being used on multiple devices even if it is not. For a paid service, these issues should be fixed.

App is always lag when watching live games. The worst one I experienced happened on November 8, 2025 live. It was lag the whole game. The app crashes or there's a pop out saying there is an error. There's no even a post or announcement if there is a problem or issue with the app.

Useless app and a waste of money! I paid for a premium account to watch PVL live, but it always shows an error saying I've reached the maximum number of concurrent streaming devices allowed on my subscription plan—even though I only logged in on one device!
