Ratings and reviews

App is always lag when watching live games. The worst one I experienced happened on November 8, 2025 live. It was lag the whole game. The app crashes or there's a pop out saying there is an error. There's no even a post or announcement if there is a problem or issue with the app.

For goodness' sake, I subscribed to your prepaid plan to watch just one show but it always shows me the error code, saying that I'm streaming on more than one device when I can't even use your damn app/website in any of my devices 🙄

I subscribed to this service a few months ago. Now, the app keeps saying I'm not subscribed, and leads me to the Premium Subscription page. So I try to subscribe again, but it says I'm already subscribed... So frustrating.
