When I download this platform and pay for the subscription out of the blue when I came back to keep listening the audios it begins to give me a message it's saying Content not avaliable. And it's doesn't have any technical support number or way to reach them out. Funny thing! Something it's supposed to represent the creator of NLP and the tech they using do not work at the basic ecological platform for open my account or if I can get access it's should be a basic simple way to fix this issue.

Although there are a lot of good recordings on this app my main issue is that I am unable to download a lot of them to listen to when I am offline or not near wifi. Also downloading is really slow. Sometimes the downloading just stops when it is only partway done.

all the content seems jumbled together, with no introduction or anything to get started with a formalized curriculum to learn. I don't know where to start, because all the material is posted seemingly randomly and disorderly.
