I cannot cancel my monthly subscription. they have made it almost impossible

Why did you take the PPV off of FITE TV? Last PPV it took me a half hour to figure things out. You need clearer instructions, and a better way to stream. Casting off of a phone is nonsense. I'm too old to try and figure this out.
