You are an operator on the NULLBYTE network.

Your terminal is your weapon. Every player on the network has an IP address, a reputation, and something worth stealing. Scan for them, breach their defenses, and raid their vaults, or risk being raided yourself.

NULLBYTE is a competitive hacking simulation where every raid target is a real player. Each intrusion you launch affects an actual account, and every alert you receive means someone is coming after yours. Learn the basics through missions, and then take on the entire network.

— CRACK CIPHERS — The core skill. ROT13, Vigenère, Affine, Rail Fence, Playfair, XOR, Substitution — over a dozen cipher methods stand between you and your target's data. Decode them quickly under a ticking timer, or risk being locked out.

— SCAN & RAID —
Every operator has an IP address. Scan it to evaluate their defenses before committing to a raid. Successful intrusions steal BTC from the target and enhance your reputation.

— DAILY CIPHER —
A new challenge every day. Crack it for bonus BTC and streak rewards. Tiered hints help when you're stuck — but using them costs you.

— BUILD A CREW —
Recruit up to 49 operators into a crew. Pool resources, coordinate mega-raids on hardened targets, and climb the crew leaderboard together. Strength in numbers.

— CLIMB THE LADDER —
Global leaderboards track BTC holdings, reputation, daily cipher streaks, and raid stats. Your handle and badge are visible to everyone. Make a name or become a target.

— YOUR IDENTITY —
Your IP address is your callsign. Other operators can scan it, track it, and hit it. Swap to a recycled address with reputation — or purchase a fresh IP that's never been assigned.

straight from the watch: the auto-miner ramps up on its own, BTC piles up,
and you cash out to your phone with one tap. See your rate, the fill meter,
and the countdown to the next hack. Claim requires Ghost OS or the Hot Wallet unlock in the phone app (Legacy UI).

COMPANION FOR YOUR WRIST
The NULLBYTE watch app is your Hot Wallet's mining rig. It runs on its own:
The miner's rate ramps up over time, BTC accrues into the wallet up to its
cap, and a single tap claims the whole balance to your phone — where it
becomes usable BTC.

What you see on the watch:
• Live Hot Wallet balance and mining rate
• Fill meter — how close the wallet is to its cap
• "Next hack" countdown to the next ramp step
• One-tap CLAIM to send everything to your phone

The watch is a free companion — it shows and accrues for anyone. Claiming to your phone requires Ghost OS or the Hot Wallet unlock, bought once in the
