The Cloud Manager Backend is an operation management app designed specifically for self-service laundromat owners and authorized employees, used in conjunction with the Cloud Manager system. Quickly log in via LINE account to instantly monitor the operational status of all stores without needing a computer.

• Machine Status Monitoring — Clear overview of the operational status of all store machines, with real-time offline notifications.
• Order Tracking — Overview of machine payments, top-ups, coupons, kiosks, and failed orders.
• Revenue Reports — Detailed statistics for machine sales, online top-ups, points consumption, and three-in-one shopping, with CSV export capability.
• Real-time Fault Alarms — Automatically detects machine malfunctions and pushes notifications.
• Member Data Management — Points, top-ups, consumption history, and membership levels.
• Marketing Activities — Discount coupons, top-up bonus rules, and promotional push notifications.
• Owner/Employee Account Permission Management — Applicable to multi-store chain headquarters and single-store owners.
• Network Switchboard — Cloud-based telephone switchboard management and app integration. Internal calling allows store managers to answer calls from branches anytime.
