The app won't let me pay for my tickets even though it already has my card information it also just forecloses the app abruptly and I can't continue my ticket purchase

Hard to use in English. Hard to use on android phone.

What a stupid design ... when you try to login through the app and you already login on the website, then it reset your password .... r u ok?
