About this app

BPM is a mobile approval and workflow management application developed by DeAn Information for enterprise clients, allowing you to complete work approvals and manage pending tasks anytime, anywhere.

【Who Should Use This App?】

This app is only available to enterprise clients who have already partnered with DeAn Information and their authorized employees. Before first use, please obtain a "client code" and personal account from your company's system administrator. This app is not open to the general public for self-registration.

【Core Functions】

・Approval Process: Initiate applications, check pending/completed tasks, and support complete approval operations such as approval, rejection, transfer, addition, subtraction, return, cancellation, and reassignment. Handwritten signature confirmation is also supported.

・Form Filling: Fill out and query enterprise-defined workflow forms online. The workflow progress is clearly presented with a timeline.

・Task Delegation and CC: During business trips or vacations, delegates can be set to handle pending tasks. Important processes can be CC'd to relevant personnel.

・Notifications and Reminders: Real-time monitoring of pending tasks and workflow status via in-app messages, emails, SMS, or push notifications to avoid delays.

• Contact List: Quickly find colleague contact information based on departmental organizational structure.

• Enterprise System Integration: Integrates with existing enterprise ERP/HR systems; administrative forms such as attendance, leave, overtime, and expense reimbursements can all be approved within the app.

• Multilingual Interface: Supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Vietnamese, serving multinational enterprise teams.

• Enterprise-level multi-tenant architecture, ensuring strict data isolation across enterprises.

• Supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security.

• Complete operation and approval history is recorded for easy internal auditing.
