Hami Pay Mobile Wallet Features

1. Convenient e-ticketing function
Hami Pay mobile wallet integrates a variety of e-ticketing cards. As long as you have an NFC SIM card with a Chunghwa Telecom number and an NFC-enabled phone, you can make mobile payments with Hami Pay through your phone.

2. Integration with Chunghwa Telecom Hami Point (formerly Happy Points) query and redemption
Open the Hami Pay My Points section to redeem Hami Points for various merchandise vouchers. Simply tap to display the product barcode, and redeem directly at the store! Additionally, you can use your points to offset Chunghwa Telecom bills or redeem them for 4G data plans, making your points like cash – a convenient and economical solution.

3. Smart bill payment without leaving your home or inserting a card
Activate Hami Pay smart payment to easily pay bills such as telecommunications, water, parking, health insurance, credit card, and fuel. You can also top up e-Tags online.

4. Healthy Walking Pedometer
Use the Hami Pay app to upload your step count and claim rewards. Uploading your daily step count earns you 0.1 Hami Points. Taking 8,000 steps daily enters a lucky draw for 10,000 Hami Points.

How to Apply for a Hami Pay E-Ticket Card

1. Confirm your phone supports NFC and has an NFC SIM card.
2. Replace your NFC SIM card (Chunghwa Telecom or Senao Service Center).
3. Download Hami Pay and register.
4. Add a Card: After registering and activating your card, enter the verification code to download your card (EasyCard/EasyCard/iCash2.0) and begin using contactless transactions.

Ratings and reviews

The application does not support English. I can't understand Chinese. At least English must be included, not only Chinese. Useless!! 👎

Still doesn't work with ARC numbers for 悠遊卡 or 一卡通 function on NFC SIM. Nor Hami or 中華電信 support cares. Way to go excluding folks without Taiwanese ID card.

Android 10 has been released over 1 month, the app still doesn't work!
