I can't find any information so that I can log into my computer. even though my settings are English-speaking everything is in Chinese.

Abso-f***inf-luty the WORST, yes, capitalized letters are required to express my contempt, frustration and distain, for this unbearable, unbelievably outdated online banking app. As a matter of fact, I even wonder whether it is created in the 21st century. This is just a shame that a customer has to tolerate such lousy product. How this kind of inconceivably inconvenient banking app was designed, or even possibly approved of for customers use is beyond me. SHAME ON HUA NAN BANK.
