I give one star only because to get attention of developer. the reason is when I ready to pay at supermarket, start the app and it insists on update, cannot avoid. behind me is a long line. cashier is waiting. the internet is slow. so takes long time to update. berry embarrassing and inconvenient another thing is it doesn't work via family mart wifi The third thing is that the new version insists on being the default payment method I find it not secure and inconvenient

I used it without problems for several months. One day it suddenly needs to insert new info to open the app, not possible to pay, not possible to do anything. Left me without any method to pay at the counter. I'm changing to another paying method as soon as I can. And I don't think I recommend taiwan pay to anyone who wants life simple.

Horrible pay experience - getting a credit card onto the system is like birthing twins. First you fill out the information, and they check your DOB/ID# against the bank system, but that's not the end. Then they ask you to download the card and provide a one time pin, but they don't send the pin, or provide a way to request it. You can't delete the card either. Wasted half an hour before giving up.
