【Renting steps】
■ Register as a member: You only need to register once and you can use both YouBike 1.0 and YouBike 2.0
■ Multiple rentals: Each member account can register electronic tickets (EasyCard, All-in-One Card) and scan the QR code to bind a credit card for a total of five tickets.
■ Deduction for returning the car: Confirm the screen information of the car and open the APP transaction record to confirm that the return of the car is successful.

PL Please. PLEASE. Get some U/I design experts on your team. It shows E-bikes are available but IT doesn't tell you NON OF THEM ARE WORKING...really? So you WALKED ALL THE WAY HERE FOR WHAT?? WHO DESIGNED THIS? Report a malfunctioned bike requires TEN CLICKS. It was so cumbersome I just gave up. YOU NEED TO FIND COMPETENT PROGRAMMERS and I'm being deadly serious. You have the BEST Bike sharing program IN THE WORLD not put some effort into the apps. Please!!

used it a couple times while traveling in Taipei, worked really well! provide timely info like number of available bikes and parking at each location. foreigners without a local phone number can sign up with credit card

Seamless for a foreigner for register their eascard to use with the bikes. Finding stations is convenient with up-to-date info on what bikes are there, and cleasily plots routes out to Google maps for navigation. It straight up has everything you'd want from this kind of app.
