As of 2025 March, nothing has changed to the annoying sound and the standard customer service SOP is useless. Adding a mute button or simply remove the sound is not that hard. [2024-01 Original]. How to turn off the "Yoxi" greeding sound. It is very annoying especially in the midnight. There is no mute option.
