About this app

The "Good Care Center" App is a care matching tool that helps families fill out care needs, view fee details, and provides caregiver information and case acceptance.

Families can use the App to fill out their needs for hospital care, home care, and emergency room accompaniment, creating appointment information based on service location, service time, condition, and special care items. The system will organize additional charges, care needs, and estimated payment amounts, allowing families to understand the fee details before customer service confirmation.

The caregiver's app allows viewing available cases, accepted cases, cases in service, and completed cases, and confirming case information, shift fees, and status. The management app is used for customer service confirmation, case tracking, and operational management.

This App supports login via Google, Facebook, and LINE. The App does not charge families online, does not generate payment links for families, and does not display successful online payments. Family service fees are processed according to the actual service method after confirmation by customer service; caregiver shift fees and family service fees are displayed separately.
