2/18/2026 Once again EyeOpen stopped connecting to wifi. I'm on version 3.5.3 Nothing works: I've unplugged the dongle (wifi antenna), pressed "P" according to instructions, "R" etc. Only get either a flashing red light, or a single green light blink once (R Updated? 12/2/24 12/2 was the last time I could open my gate via the app. Could it be the update I need this function to provide remote access to the property. Gate works with remote. The version 3.3.6 is likely the problem. Please fix this

I've updated to the latest 3.5.3 and also the gate module to P 4.0 and I've been unable to connect to the gate remotely unless I'm on the same wifi network. this defeats the purpose of being away so I can remotely open the gate for guests. this needs attention urgently

latest update/firmware/software doesnt work on mobile data / only when its connected to wifi/and in range - please fix this as its annoying - makes me want to not use it
