I was able to install some functions (eg medical info) but am unable to use "get back timer" and other functions because I can't "add friend." When I chose "share profile link" to add a friend, nothing happens. Also, It is simply absurd to have to tap one month at a time going backwards to select one's birthday. In my case, it required tapping 744 times (for 62 years)!!!

Piece of junk, marketing that does not work. The app will just open the website when finding the nfc chipp. Also no products are found when entering POC brand. Date of birth is adjusted by going back one month at the time from current date. The app is a joke how could a big brand like POC partner with this, damages credabilty for the brand in general. Still like POC as they keep spares for repairs of products.

90% of the time the app is unresponsive. Sign in feature does not work. Somehow got lucky to set medical id on the helmet. But other than that the app is garbage

This doesn't seem right. We want to take a closer look at this for you. Please send a note to info@twiceme.com so we can connect.

What’s new

Critical alerts now immediately trigger an alarm signal and notification to all responders. A new sound countdown warns the user before an immobility alert is sent, activating if they remain immobile past the allowed time. The immobility alert has been refined based on user input, including improved logic and shorter countdown timer options.
