Useless app doesn't open been trying the last 6 days now, won't open to get a Auth code I need. I uninstalled and reinstalled app just won't open. Can't reply to you so will put it here, emailed you on three different occasions with screen recording of exactly what is happening, still no reply. Keep trying the app it just in a constant load screen when you first open the app, won't go pass this. When eventually do get it to work it be getting uninstalled and never used again.

I broke my phone and can not access this app at all to remove that device or access the app to get a code to do so, so it sends me in an endless loop. What is the point of having a backup account or passkey if this app overrides them all? This app sucks!

Non user friendly. Constantly tries to divert you off into other BS apps during setup using decoy links. Repeated attempts to scan QR Code during set up failed. I'm still locked out of SharePoint due to this app being required for login. (Don't get me started on that) It gets 1 star only because I can't give it a lower rating.
