It's a good app in terms of content but the operability is much more worse than what we expect from you. Lot of time taken in the login in and also you have no need of charging us a fee (6500/=Tshs.) cause we download it to obtain the word of God. Just a few years past we got it for free and it helped most of us improve our Christianity. Please fix such problems. We don't want to loose our faith and trust towards Christianity and Lutheran church🙏🙏🙏 .

Last year I paid to get this app function. Again this time the app doesn't function,it needs me to pay again.So is this how it works??? If yes, why paying every time??

I paid for this App last year 2022. I lost my phone and I can't remember the date and Muamala details. I have new phone , Iam trying to use the App but it keeps asking me to register again and Pay another 6500/= because they have no details about my past payment. I fill the number I used to pay and email it took long time to feedback. Then it said there is no record with number I gave them. I can't understand wher did you keep records.
