Rent a bike via a mobile app and ride freely and comfortably.
It is very easy to use the service:
1. download bikenow mobile app for free.
2. go through a simple registration and attach a bank card
3. choose the nearest bike to you, start renting and enjoy the convenience and freedom of movement!
4. park the vehicle in accordance with the rules in the designated place - a special parking area for bicycles

Ratings and reviews

It's not possible to use this service. 3 out of 4 scooters were waiting for service and the first one, it was not possible to scan the QR code and I cannot input it manually as the input button is hidden under the toolbar.

bikenow used to be my favorite scooter service in Kyiv, but I feel like it has deteriorated significantly. On the software side of things, the app is extremely buggy. One time, I couldn't finish my ride because the app couldn't open even after reloading the phone. I had to reinstall it, and my support ticket was ignored. The scooters need maintenance. Sometimes, after renting one, you'll find out that the engine doesn't work. It happened to me like 4 times. Try alternatives.

The english translation is bad and you can't even change the language. Also i was told my 10 hrn for adding a card would be added to my account's balance but they were simply returned to me. I'm glad they were returned but you should be clear about what you do with money. I also hate the fact you have to "fill up your balance" and that there are only 4 options.
