Liers!!! On May 27 I had an issue, haven't been even at that time at that place, but they managed to charge ~$12 and till now they are writing the same thing, that they are on it and etc. No one gets in direct contact, I have to write to theur technical support, which did and does nothing at all, just lying! Once one of them written, that up to 20 days, so everyone can count how many days I'm waiting!!! shame on you all!!!

very inconvenient not to have a single info on time of charging. NOWHERE! no start time , no duration. Nothing! Good app could have had ways to estimate the end of charging based on topup amount, speed/progress of current charging. Bad app diesnt have a sungle line of time.

UI is not user friendly, support is difficult to contact, payment is not convenient (i.e you need to top-up the balance then use, it would be better to attach the card to the app, set the maximum amount which is locked on the card, when charging is complete the actual usage is charged to the card).
