About this app

Transparent construction is an internal mobile application for officials of the State Architectural and Building Inspection (DABK) and technical inventors, designed to automate the process of field inspections of construction objects. The application allows you to effectively record information during inspections and interact with the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (EDESSB), increasing transparency and reducing corruption risks.

Main features:

Viewing data on construction objects in the EDESSB system.
Photo fixation of objects and automatic data transfer.
Fixation of geolocation, date and time during the review.
Formation of review checklists and their transfer to the office of the EDESSB.
Search for properties by address and view scheduled inspections.
Application users:
DABK inspectors and technical inventory takers with a qualification certificate for the right to perform technical inventory work.

How it works:

Log in via Action.Signature.
Select an object for inspection from the available list.
Capture photos and data during inspection.
The information is automatically transferred to the EDESSB system for further processing and storage
