The application is definitely not the best in class, throughout two years of being on the market it still looks cheap and buggy. And throughout last four days it merely does not open! They could put some message on their official page, yet they didn't. The support is useless and provides no ETA to fix. Strongly do not recommend using the app and bank! What a shame to all of the team!

The interface and using of izibank app is soo Soomth. It has been designed for easy of use by users. Everything is very easy and simple. It's helps you on your emergency time. So i have suggested everyone to use this app.

I tried to register product remotely from Germany. Application crashed several times on a step of BankID identification, it just disapeared. Online support asked me to share screen shot..., common, share what? Screen of disapeared application? Then I tried other options and finally I need to visit any suitable office from the list and pick up my plastik card! Hey, guys, I selected this bank app to avoid travel to Ukraine now :(((((
