Ratings and reviews

We've been with Liox for a while now and I can say that they are amazing and always prompt. Never have I been missing an item. Highly recommend. As for the app, it needs huge improvements. It seems like if the Dev is just using Apache Cordova or some other easy HTML/CSS framework instead of using creating a native app with notifications and tracking baked in.

I was over charged and haven't received my discount and driver left my clothes on the side before I even came down my stairs anybody could've stole my items.

Doesn't work at all on an Android phone.
