About this app

To confirm the proper level of integrity and professional competence, employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine (BEU) are subject to certification. Certification and competitive selection for vacant positions involve testing to determine the level of knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine.

This is an educational application that contains lists of test questions with answers and their variants from general and special legislation. With its help, you have the opportunity to take a trial test an unlimited number of times, which greatly facilitates and speeds up training.

Lists of knowledge of legislation are published on the official website of BEU and are divided into the following sections:

I. Constitution of Ukraine;
II. Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
III. Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
IV. Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information";
V. Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals";
VI. Law of Ukraine "On the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine";
VII. Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";
VIII. Law of Ukraine "On Central Executive Authorities";
IX. Criminal Code of Ukraine;
X. Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine;
XI. Tax Code of Ukraine;
XII. Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction";
