it's not working.I'm not able to finish the registration as it require to fill the address and each field with city, street etc is throwing an error

I have tried to use the application to simplify sending packages online. But it's even worse with it. First of all I got an error when I tried to create a second package. And the error was like code snippet, not the user friendly error. I could not do anything. Secondly, when I create packages online and pay for it, I need to print all the documents by myself. I don't have a printer at home, I need to go to the city and look for it. is it so hard to print it for post workers? Awful experience

Literally a useless tracking app. Can't even use it unless you live in Ukraine. The whole thing is in Ukrainian and I can't even get past one page without having to use Google Translate. Even then I can't even make an account to track my package because some of the questions required to sign up apply to those that live in Ukraine such as districts and other nonsense. Whoever runs this app, please make some changes. First off, have a language setting, second make the sign up process very easy.
