A bug over a bug leading by a bug. Simply trying to track a couple parcels I got a fancy message: 'Incorrect parameter "uuid": a valid UUID expected, but was sticker' Uninstalled. Keep working on it.

I have tried to use the application to simplify sending packages online. But it's even worse with it. First of all I got an error when I tried to create a second package. And the error was like code snippet, not the user friendly error. I could not do anything. Secondly, when I create packages online and pay for it, I need to print all the documents by myself. I don't have a printer at home, I need to go to the city and look for it. is it so hard to print it for post workers? Awful experience

Although I can phonetically read Cyrillic, my knowledge Russian is ochin ploxo! The app needs a built-in choice to select another language. In my case, English. Also, I tried tracking on the Ukrposhta website, which directs that I enter the tracking number, then push the "Track" button. There's no such button on the site. Hitting the magnifying glass symbol doesn't appear to do anything. - David in Tucson (Arizona, USA)

We have changed the list of countries to which we send EMS. Therefore, update the application for the correct processing of shipments.
