Our application is designed in SAP MDK for agents to manage and document incidents in the field. The app allows officers to capture and download photos, videos, voice messages and other file formats of affected areas, providing crucial evidence for repair reports. This is especially important in remote locations where agents may not have an internet connection.

The application facilitates offline operation, storing various types of evidence (blueprints, photos, videos, voice messages, other types of evidence) locally until the internet connection is restored. This ensures that agents can continue their work without interruption, even in areas with low network coverage. Once the connection is restored, the application can synchronize the data with the central system for further processing and reporting.
