About this app

This App is for University of Edinburgh students to find and pre book and manage study space bookings.

There are Study Desks across the University that you can pre-book in order to use them.
Bookings can be created and managed using this app.
When you arrive at your pre-booked desk you must check-in
Each desk has a special label with a unique name on it, which is positioned below the QR code. You can either use the QR code reader or type in the name of the desk to check in.
When you leave the desk you must check-out.
The system verifies that you can use the desk and logs your check-in and check-out
