I am trying to access my account, to access training records / certificates, but I have forgotten my password, and the only resolution for this is to reach out to my line manager, however, I have left that employment. There also doesn't seem to be any way of contacting anyone besides using the chat, which has limited options.

Not neuro divergent friendly. The painfully slow sideshows need an option for turning off. Should be able to press skip when I want. Not when I'm thought to have finished reading. The slow pace means I struggle to retain the information, because by the time Im allowed to move onto the next slide, I've disconnected and zoned out, or I'm at the beginning of a meltdown from the frustration of how slow it all is.

really terrible app for training on line. videos stick or freeze, and you have to start again, links do not work. can't logging using a compute has to be an Ipad or smart phone. Complete time wasting when you have to do training in your own time not in working hours.. would give it 1 star of i had my way.
