I had posted a great review before I realized all the lessons beyond beginner were paid, its not even a paid version of the app, you have to pay over 20 bucks per course! That would've been fine had I not been told over and over that this was a free lesson app. I understand he needs to make money somehow but tricking us into a false sense of security only to pull the rug underneath us is unfair. I wish he would just spring for ads.

I have been learning from AndyGuitar for 3.5 years. Love this app. Easy to use and to navigate. Andy is an amazing teacher. Explains the lessons well, stays with the "beginner" lessons without tossing in more advanced tricks to show off. He saves his intermediate and advanced skills for those levels. Explains every lesson well. If you ate a beginner looking to learn or want to improve skills you have, I highly recommend AndyGuitar.

Andy's instruction is amazing. Very user friendly and easy to follow. The video presentation is almost like you're in the room. Went from complete beginner who never held a guitar to strumming away at a few songs in no time. There are other add-ons you can purchase for more advanced play as well should you wish to learn even more. Would recommend to anyone. It's perfect for a beginner.
