About this app

MobeX+ is a VoIP softphone with a friendly, easy-to-use interface, enabling users to work from anywhere.

It allows you to stay connected at all times, giving you the ability to:

• Receive inbound calls directly on your mobile device.
• Make outbound calls using the dial pad, or from your local or cloud phonebook.
• Contact colleagues via phone or video calls directly from the presence tab.
• View live call activity across your team with real-time presence information.
• Manage calls with features such as hold, loudspeaker, mute, open dial pad, transfer, conference calling, or swap to move the call to a desk handset.
• View call history for answered and missed calls, with an info icon showing additional details. A Remove Call History option allows you to hide specific calls.
• Access a customised board view for all colleagues or specific departments, plus a favourites tab, speed dials, and more.
Integrate your telephony with Microsoft Teams using MobeX 4Teams, giving you advanced calling features and enhanced collaboration within your existing Teams environment. The MobeX+ mobile app is required for use on smartphones and tablets.
