When I was trying to connect vpn, it was unable to connect to the server, I had tried so many times but it never work, so I wanted to cancel my subscription and get my refund back, i had a hard time finding the customer service! When I successfully applied for a refund, the system showed that I have to wait for 28 days to get the money back, but the rule is I can’t apply for a refund after a month of subscription, so what if I wait for 28 days and don’t get the money back???

SCAM WARNING!!! Do not give them your card. They ignore cancellation requests. Beware of FlowVPN! They charged my card for a subscription I never intended to keep. I sent a formal written request to their billing email asking for an immediate cancellation, a full refund, and for my payment information to be completely deleted from their systems. They haven't responded to a single message. This is predatory behavior designed to trap you in recurring charges while failing to provide any human

This is the new app for flow VPN. The older app was so terrible comparing with the impeccable service at ios platform. Flow vpn used to work on ios vary well but poor on Android in terms of server numbers and connection speed. This newer app is such an improvement over the previous one in all aspects. Also this vpn works in China really well too.
