Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work for rewards. It says I have an account and I'm logged in, but it's missing important account information like birthday, order history, points history (even though I've made multiple orders) and it doesn't display my QR code to scan in store. I've placed multiple online orders through the app but have never gotten loyalty points. so basically I have no way of earning rewards in-store or on the app :( I stopped buying coffee here and won't return until they fix the android app.

I've had this app for a few months now. It works okay with the occasional delayed loading. The application must have gone through some updates recently because in the process my account was erased. I visit BSC everyday on my way to work and so had racked up a lot of points which are now lost due to an app error. It was working fine prior to the update but now it's not, everything is erased and had to recreate my account. Very bizarre and disappointed it happened.

Great coffee rather overpriced, but the app has a habit of charging you twice for the same order, and support ignores emails to get a refund. The reward levels are barely an advantage to using the app, especially when you're paying 25% more per drink than other, better cafes in town. The one plus is the cafes are large and beautifully decorated, making them great to work remotely in.
