First off, this is another one of those apps you just have to use because the school forces you too. Generally the app isn't THAT bad, but it has two main annoyances: 1) There's no method to query any negative aspects (e.g. behaviour points). 2) It keeps logging out (not just me, my wife and daughter too), and had a really weird 6-option login. Just a bit confusing/unnecessary really.

Such a pain in the proverbial to use ,auto logs you out and can't even save login details to samsung pass or Google pass or even tried on ios can't enable it to remember password and username on app and keeps logging out making it a pain to keep having to log back in

Ridiculous excuse for an app. Constantly logs me out, then refuses to accept my password. Developer's are clearly either incompetent at fixing ongoing issues & maintaining their app, or just plain lazy.
