Works ok until it doesn't. It won't recognise my login details. The so called support doesn't work either. Password reset doesn't work. This is the third time I've had this same issue in the 12 months I've had to use this woeful system. I'm currently locked out AGAIN so having to contact the school to re register AGAIN. After several months of it working it randomly fails. This is a recurring issue with SIMS that many people have. It's a pretty basic app with dated interface even when it works.

The worst app I have ever used. Notified that my sons has a new achievement, clicked on the link then spent 10 mins watching it loop round telling me my session had expired, taking me to the log in page, opening up, then telling me my session had expired again. When it finally loaded, it wouldn't show the achievements, so a pointless exercise. I really hope that it's a freebie for the school. If they're paying for this, they should ask for a refund.

Might be good one day, but at the moment it's as clunky and buggy as they come. Not a pleasant or smooth user experience. UPDATE 1: Dropping down to 1 star after a week of usage. One of the most frustrating app experiences you're likely to have. UPDATE 2: For the love of God...stop logging me out every 5 minutes, triggering a load of technical error messages, numerous app closures and restarts. UPDATE 3: I didn't think it could get any worse....turns out it could!
