Don't really see a point downloading this app and wasn't able to use it as Carpenters didn't even give me the individualised pin to be able to access my claim, despite me requesting numerous times and contacting the technical team many times as well. In the end, Carpenters just went around in circles and just moved my case over to another lady who I never, NOT ONCE was able to communicate with/ get hold of/ contact. In the end I just sent my complaint to MIB and it was sorted in a few months.

Terrible. It worked well to start with but I have no way of accessing it now. It wont let me log in at all. I've tried re installing the app, resetting my password lots of times but I dont receive the email to enable me to do this.

Pointless. Unlike many here, I can log in. However, it doesn't show me any information regarding my claim. Medical appointments aren't shown, results of said appointments aren't shown. It's a waste of time promoting an app if your employees don't update it.
