The Cove Holiday App has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, from speedy check in, park maps, to activity booking, food and drink ordering and take away services.
The app will give you step by step instructions on how to arrive on Park and directions to find your holiday home when you arrive. If you have a digital key you’ll be able to open your holiday home with a touch of a button.

Ratings and reviews

Very helpful having the park map on the phone, plus access to the entertainment schedule, menus (lost a star because they weren't all correct, but neither were the printed menus on site), etc. Would be good if you could put entertainment passes on it too.

App can keep you logged in only up to a certain point. Keeps returning to booking number screen if not used for a while. Which is a bit of a pain if you're in a hurry and you have got to find your booking number first before gaining access to the app & then caravan. REDUCED TO 1 STAR.. It's now a real pain.. having realised if ever the caravan was on fire I'd have to find my booking number before using app to unlock caravan as spare key fob can't lock/unlock caravan from the Inside. Please fix.

Horrendous customer experience. Having to add a booking ref each time you want to use it is dreadful design.I also had 2 different bookings which did not display correctly. The first has passed & 2nd is no longer appearing despite cookie/cache clearance & reinstallation of the app. The fact there is no product owner feedback acknowledging & addressing review comments just further highlights a poor experience. Dev team need to apply attention to detail as such a release should not be live.. 😬
