About this app

HomeCharge Proof helps you organise household property-charge documents, check their arithmetic and keep a clear evidence history on your Android device.

Five connected tools are included:

• Estate Charge Check for managed-freehold bills, accounts and selected TP1 or deed pages
• Shared Ownership Check for rent reviews, service charges and reserve funds
• Leasehold Charge Check for annual accounts and major-works correspondence
• Park Home Check for England pitch-fee review notices and history
• Residents Group Mode for comparing already-redacted household summaries across one estate

IMPORT AND REVIEW

Choose a PDF or image with Android's private file picker. On-device OCR creates editable text. You always see the complete bounded text before any optional online extraction and can remove names, addresses, account numbers or anything else that is not needed.

OPTIONAL LUNA ORGANISATION

If you choose it, HomeCharge Proof sends only the reviewed text—not the original file—to DIGIDENT LTD's protected extraction service. Luna proposes line items, dates, periods, totals, percentages and exact supporting text. You confirm or edit every candidate.

DETERMINISTIC CHECKS

The app's local calculation engine re-totals confirmed figures, checks percentages and VAT, compares categories between periods, records reserve-fund movements and highlights missing information or possible duplicate entries. Luna never decides a result.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your ledger and staged attachments are encrypted in app-private storage. Android backup and device transfer are disabled. The app requests no location, contacts, camera, advertising ID or broad storage access. Optional online organisation is always user initiated.

EVIDENCE YOU CONTROL

Create a redacted PDF or CSV containing the figures, assumptions, source labels, comparisons and edit history you confirmed. Exports are ordinary shareable files, so choose their destination carefully.

Report bugs, confusing behaviour and improvement ideas from Settings. HomeCharge Proof opens your email app addressed to DIGIDENT LTD but never adds your bills, records, addresses, resident data, attachments or diagnostics. Review everything before sending and do not include personal or property-identifying information.
