I have a OnePlus 8T running the latest Android OS allowed on it. I am unable to download or open any letter, despite being able to do it on previous version of Android OS with an older phone.

Despite 2 emails and long time waiting the issue of the school that should show in the app not showing hasn't been resolved. I have only received automated response to emails and no one bothered to contact me since.

Hello Jerzy,
We advised the school of your email - They are currently not subscribed to the app, hence why it does not show the school when searching.
Sorry for any inconvenience

Suddenly I can not access any documents/attachments ie letters. I think other users are experiencing a similar problem.
