Early Tree Parent

The official mobile app from Early Tree, a UK platform built for the
people who care for the next generation. Stay close to your child's
day — wherever you are.

YOUR CHILD'S DAY, DAY-BY-DAY

Read diary entries from your nursery as they post them — meals, naps,
activities, mood, and the little moments that make a day. Accident
reports come through with the full account, signatures, and any
first-aid given. The home dashboard surfaces today's highlights at a
glance.

MESSAGES

Read messages from the nursery and reply within the thread. Started a
conversation about pickup and now want to ask about lunch? Tap the
new-message button and start a fresh thread, so separate topics stay
separate and nothing gets lost in a single never-ending chat.

PAYMENTS

See your latest invoice with a clear breakdown of fees, funded hours,
extras, and discounts. Pay securely with a saved card or one-off card
details — payments are processed by Stripe, so your card data never
touches Early Tree's servers. Your payment history is there for
reference whenever you need it.

MULTIPLE CHILDREN

If you have more than one child at the same nursery (or across
different ones), they're all in one place. The diary, messages, and
invoices all let you switch between children with a tap.

SIGN-IN AND SECURITY

Sign in with your Early Tree ID — the same account you use on the
Early Tree parent portal — so there's nothing extra to remember.
Optional biometric app lock (fingerprint or face unlock) keeps your
child's data behind your phone's secure enclave, so a misplaced phone
doesn't expose anything sensitive.

NOTIFICATIONS, YOUR WAY

Push notifications for diary entries, accident reports, new messages,
and payment receipts. Choose what you want to be notified about in
Settings → Notifications. Quiet by default for things that don't
need your attention; on for the moments that do.

BUILT FOR UK NURSERIES

Designed and built in the UK, with UK English throughout. Works
alongside whatever booking and billing system your nursery already
runs behind the scenes — your nursery decides what's shared with you
and when.

PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA

We hold your data in trust. Everything's encrypted in transit using
HTTPS and stored on UK-hosted infrastructure. Your nursery sees only
the children at their setting; we never share your details with third
parties. We don't run ads, sell data, or build advertising profiles.
